Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
We aim to ship all orders within 3-4 days of purchase, please note that this is subject to change at busy periods.
We ask that you give the shipping provider 7-14 days to arrive once order has been shipped. All orders, once sent from our warehouse, will no longer be tracked by us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.
We care about your experience with us so if you are worried about anything regarding our store or products please contact us.
Returns:
We do NOT accept any jewellery or accessory returns, this is for hygiene reasons.
As stated, any damage due to the currier or lost packages are not our responsibility, however if the item you received is to be believed faulty please do contact us (please make sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, any queries after this time will not be eligible for a refund).
Refunds will be processed once we have confirmed the item is not fit for purpose.
